Lisa (Wilson) Tafolla founded VisiTech PR in 1998 and served as its CEO until the company was acquired by Comprise in 2024. She is now a strategic business advisor for Comprise.

Her career in brand strategy, communications and PR for business-to-business technology began more than 30 years ago. She has enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in technology and this experience sparks business and strategic insights that support creative positioning and continuous innovation. Tafolla’s experience includes leading global communications programs for technologies that drive media & entertainment, telecom, cable, wireless, satellite, networking, enterprise, software, computer hardware, security and pretty much every vertical market that purchases technology.

Her work and leadership have earned numerous awards including Colorado Gold Pick Awards, national PR Anvil awards, #2 Best Boutique Agency to Work for in the United States from the Holmes Report, #1 Best Place to Work from the Denver Business Journal, and Employer of Choice from Women in Communications.

During her career, she has served on several organization’s board of directors, including the Entrepreneur Organization (EO), the Association for Telecommunications Professionals. In addition, she was a founding board member of the Denver Telecommunications Professionals.

Tafolla has an interest and background in supporting diversity initiatives. She is the founder of Woman Informed, a training and advocacy organization with a vision of creating the opportunity for women to experience a well-being that transcends harmful cultural norms. This organization evolved from her research and background as a licensed psychotherapist and a life coach for a limited number of women. business leaders, and entrepreneurs at her company Eeminism Therapy.

Lisa is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher having trained with the Awareness Training Institute at UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center led by teachers Jack Kornfield, PhD and Tara Brach, PhD. She has served as a teacher within the Colorado Insight Meditation Society.

Lisa received a Masters Degree in Mindfulness-Based Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Naropa University. In addition, she is a graduate of the Entrepreneurial Master’s Program from EO/Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
