Fort Collins has a booming startup scene. Companies that specialize in agtech, cryptocurrency and those coming out of the city’s Music District, are impressing colleagues, investors and the community with innovation. Over the last year, we recognized the entrepreneurial growth that is happening but also noticed the need for PR resources to support that growth and amplify a company’s message.

Comprise in Fort Collins

With a few clients in Fort Collins and Loveland, we opened an office at The Articulate, a co-working space along Jefferson Street near the city’s historic downtown, in March this year. The city has been welcoming to us and is fully engaged in the need to bring attention to Fort Collins’ burgeoning entrepreneurial community. We have had the opportunity to see hard work in action, from restoring pocket watches to wrist watches with Vortic Watch Company, to learning about the innovation that impacts real estate transactions on a daily basis at IRES’s Fort Collins office.

While I am the regular face of Comprise within Fort Collins, I have the full support of the Comprise team, including experts in PR, SEO, digital marketing, video production, creative and government relations. Any of us can be in Fort Collins to work with a client.

Supporting the Community

Part of Comprise’s mission is to support small business and we have actively pursued ways to engage with and assist companies and organizations in the community. We provided a foundational PR session at One Million Cups last December. We are the beer sponsor for the monthly New Tech Meetup, a meeting which we also regularly attend. We also sponsor LaunchNo.CO and its events (like a pitch competition last February). In May, we also teamed up with LaunchNo.CO and hosted a PR 101 happy hour event.

This fall, we will have another happy hour. Aside from having beer, wine and snacks, this event will focus on SEO and digital marketing. Watch for the announcements coming soon on our Twitter and Facebook channels and right here on our blog.

After opening our firm in Boulder more than 25 years ago, then expanding to Denver in 2015, we feel we have really broadened our reach and expanded our family of happy clients and staff with our new office in Fort Collins.
