From public relations to creative and business development, Leger will work across all segments in her new role to ensure the optimal client experience
BOULDER, Colo. — (Feb. 26, 2020) — Comprise, northern Colorado’s most prominent, trusted public relations, digital marketing and creative services agency, today announced the promotion of Amy Leger to director of client services.
“I like to describe this new role as ‘air traffic controller’ of the office,” said Leger. “Having someone in a role like this is good for both the client and our staff. Not only am I here to make sure all accounts run smoothly on our end, but I am also in this position to advocate for clients and to be in alignment with their needs. The goal is really to ensure that the customer experience is the best it can be.”
As director of client services, Leger actively engages in the entire lifecycle of a client journey, supporting business development activities, onboarding new clients and coordinating staff to efficiently manage accounts and projects. In this role, Leger manages initiatives, researches and recommends tools and develops supporting processes that create a successful client experience. Leger began at Comprise as an account executive nearly four years ago and will still maintain those duties in some capacity. She will split her time between Comprise’s Fort Collins and Boulder offices.
Before joining Comprise, Leger spent nearly 15 years in television news as a producer and executive producer. During this time, she earned a national Emmy Award and National Headliner Award for breaking news coverage of the 35W bridge collapse in Minneapolis. Her experience has not only provided intimate insight into what happens in a newsroom and what journalists expect on a daily basis but also the planning skills necessary to transition a news broadcast from tragic news to a lighthearted human interest feature. She also served as the family editor for Gluten-Free Living Magazine and as the communications director for a nonprofit organization.
“Ever since Amy came aboard, she’s impressed me with her unique organizational capabilities and dedication to ensuring client satisfaction,” said Doyle Albee, Comprise president and CEO. “I believe she possesses the unique potential — everything from understanding the inner workings of our agency to having the agility to listen to clients and deliver on their needs — to propel our client service offerings to the next level.”
